General Layout Filter ID

1. Identity Type: LinkedIn’s global design patterns dictate that people and companies/entities are represented differently, please accurately select the type of identity that you are representing. Notably, selecting “Person” will crop profile images to a circle, selecting “Entity” will crop images to a square with slight corner rounding.
2. Person Name or Entity Name: This will be the person’s name if the identity type is “Person”, or it will be the company’s name if “Entity” is selected as the identity type.
3. Title/Company or Industry: This will be the person’s title or company if the identity type is Person, or it will be the Company Industry if Entity is selected as the identity type.
4. Person/Entity Picture: Select an image asset from a location in the DAM, or upload a new image to the DAM directly from the dialog.  The image should be equal height and width, otherwise it will be stretched.  Add Alt text for screen readers and search crawlers.
5. LinkedIn Profile Icon: Enter the URL for identity’s LinkedIn profile, and tooltip for what the user will see when hovered over the LinkedIn icon.
6. Twitter Profile Icon: Enter the URL for identity’s Twitter profile, and tooltip for what the user will see when hovered over the Twitter icon.
7. Link: This link will appear alongside the LinkedIn and Twitter icons (if filled out) Short Summary:Full bio/entity description:Quotation:
8. Short Summary: Use the text editor to include a short summary about the person/entity.
9. Full bio/entity description: Use the text editor to include a longer description about the person/entity.
10. Quotation: Display a quotation from a person or entity.

 

 

Choose a layout option for your entity:

  1. Basic display: A simple layout to display just profile image, name, and title/company
  2. Biography: Display profile image, name, and title/company with full biographic information
  3. Summary: Displays image, name, title/company and a short biographical summary.
  4. Quotation: Displays attributed quotation, image, name, and title/company

The Filter ID tab is used to specify the reference card ID that will correspond to a filter in the Filter Frame component. Use a comma (no spaces) to separate your IDs.
