Acceptable use
LinkedIn members are allowed to use the [in] Logo only in the following ways:
As a hyperlink to your LinkedIn profile, company page, and/or group page.
On a business card to show your LinkedIn membership (always include your LinkedIn profile link or unique LinkedIn QR Code).
In your email signature as a hyperlink to your LinkedIn profile, company page, and/or group page.

In a series of social media icons showing your participation in those sites.
Along with an invitation for others to view your LinkedIn profile.
Use by third-party developers
If you are a third-party API developer with a client ID, you may use the [in] Logo in the following ways:
- As a “Share” button.
- As a widget to allow users to easily follow your company page on LinkedIn.
Your use of the [in] Logo, the Brand, and any LinkedIn-owned intellectual property is subject to the applicable API terms of use or such other agreements between you and LinkedIn, and your compliance with the LinkedIn Brand and User Agreements. Please Do Not
- Modify the color or the shape of the [in] Logo. You may only use the approved color variations provided for download or email trademarkrequest@linkedin.com for special requests.
- Combine the [in] Logo with any other symbol, logo, words, images, or designs.
- Incorporate the [in] Logo into a word or slogan. No [in]vesting or Love[in].
- Use the [in] Logo in a manner that implies affiliation with or endorsement by LinkedIn.

- However, any background page color is acceptable.
- Should you require a color variation not available for download to align the [in] Logo with other social media icons in a social media icon list, please email trademarkrequest@linkedin.com.
Logo and background color
LinkedIn members may only use the [in] Logo in three color variations: blue, black, and white.
- The preferred color for the [in] Logo is blue on a solid white background.
- When a solid white background color is not practical, it may be used on a solid, light background color that ensures contrast for legibility.
- The high resolution [in] Logo must be used for all print applications.
