Universal header

This inlcudes member details in the top right such as first name, last name and profile picture, which helps to mitigate phishing, and provides a personalized experience. The LinkedIn logo appears in the top left. It's a requirment that it's inlcuded in all GMO deployed emails.

Branding bar

Used at the top of emails directly below the universal header. A LinkedIn logo should be included for better brand recognition. Can be used for marketing, promotional, welcome and other one-time announcements.

Sub-banner

Sub-banners allow us to incorporate the secondary or tertiary message of the emails. It also aids to divide the content into sections that are easy to read and understand. It can include a headline, sub-headline, CTA button and text link.

Body

The body component of the email will deliver the bulk of the content for our messages. We can inlcude copy, bullet points, images and CTA's.

Basic List

The basic list component is effective in displaying a group of related information in a consistent and respsonsive way. The basic list consists of of 4 main elements:  

  • Speakers - delivevers speaker information for events or as the email sign-off 
  • Statistics - key for highlighting important stats or trends.
  • Logos - for displaying associated companies or highligting customer testimonials.
  • Value Prop - Reinforces the key message of the email. 
Basic Card

The basic card component is an excellent way to quickly display a ‘call to action’. This component supports displaying a headline, sub-headline and a link with the option to include an image or icon.  The bassic card testimonials is a strong way to quickly reinforce your emails value prop.

Section Dividers

Section dividers are standalone components that allow for easy customization, personalization within the email. They can be used to separate components.

Universal Footer

The universal footer includes a link to unsubscribe from email communications, as well as update their email preferences. In addtion, the reason for email, logo, and copyright/address.  This is a requirment for all GMO emails regularly deployed.
